What you'll do

• Prepare, cook, and present food to order following recipes and brand standards
• follow prep procedures and store and rotate perishable stock
• maintain food temperatures and safe food handling
• prepare special orders
• maintain shift stock levels
• organize work areas, coolers, and storage
• assist with inventory and deliveries
• clean kitchen equipment and complete side work and deep cleaning
• monitor waste and food costs
• address guest concerns courteously and notify a supervisor of issues
• periodically assist service assistants.
