What you'll do

• Provide customer service and resolve issues by offering solutions, explanations, options, or arranging service
• explain applicable policies, procedures, terms, and programs
• research and prioritize customer issues
• refer matters or arrange service as needed and provide progress updates
• use information systems to enter data, maintain databases, research, and generate reports
• maintain knowledge of policies, procedures, contracts, and related legal issues
• process and verify applications, releases, cancellations, adjustments, requests, fees, invoices, and other paperwork
• maintain records and logs
• may represent the department at internal committee meetings
• compile and update payroll and personnel information
• notify appropriate personnel of emergencies and maintain safety incident records
• process and deliver mail and packages
• receive key deposits, issue keys, and maintain and balance a cash drawer
• assist with special events, promotions, and equipment rental
• compose memos and letters.
