Parts Associate

The Parts Associate role is onsite in Tampa, FL. Compensation is $18–$25 per hour. Great Southern Equipment supports heavy construction applications through parts procurement, sales, and service support. The associate manages parts orders and inventory from receiving through shipping, while supporting customers and the service department. Accurate order processing, vendor coordination, and organized parts storage help keep parts available and customer and internal requests moving efficiently.

What you'll do

• Manage parts procurement, vendor relations, receiving, stocking, picking, packing, shipping, and sales
• process customer and service department orders
• interpret parts diagrams and electronic catalogs
• track orders, backorders, and returns
• verify pricing, quantities, and condition
• maintain inventory levels
• invoice sales and shipping
• operate a forklift and pump dolly as needed.
