What you'll do

• Complete daily work orders
• respond to residents requesting repairs
• handle tools and equipment carefully and report discrepancies
• share on-call responsibilities
• keep required licenses and certificates current
• follow apartment access procedures
• assist with turnovers and remodels
• perform minor repairs such as unclogging drains, fixing leaky spigots, patching holes, and changing lightbulbs
• maintain tools and equipment
• report safety issues, hazards, injuries, and accidents.
