What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations of the affordable apartment community
• lead and supervise on-site staff
• manage leasing, marketing, tours, applications, and lease execution
• prepare budgets and financial reports and monitor expenditures
• conduct property inspections and ensure regulatory compliance
• administer resident programs
• oversee renovations
• address resident concerns
• maintain resident transaction records
• work with corporate leadership and staff
• drive for business purposes as needed.
