Shipping and Receiving Associate

What you'll do

• Match packing slips to purchase orders, enter receipts into the ERP, move materials, and flag discrepancies
• maintain stockroom bin locations and inventory counts
• verify order quantities, pack fragile parts, prepare labels, and coordinate carrier pickups
• enter accurate counts into shipping and invoice systems
• schedule UPS and FedEx shipments, including domestic and international shipments
• lift up to 40 pounds
• cover afternoon carrier pickup windows.
