What you'll do

• Provide customer service to passengers, crew members, and visitors
• carry out screening procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate
• screen passengers, carry-on items, luggage, and supplies
• monitor screening equipment and access points
• report suspicious items or activities and escalate concerns
• respond calmly to incidents
• conduct regular and random patrols of screening areas, terminal spaces, boarding access points, and surrounding perimeter areas.
