What you'll do

• Assist attorneys with litigation and trial preparation
• draft and file pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, and trial exhibits
• organize litigation files and medical records
• coordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial logistics
• prepare trial binders and witness lists
• assist with jury selection and courtroom support
• conduct legal and factual research
• communicate with clients, experts, and court staff.
