Patient Service Representative

What you'll do

• Greet patients and provide instructions
• obtain, verify, and update patient information
• collect and reconcile payments
• answer and screen calls
• maintain provider schedules and book, coordinate, or reschedule appointments
• assist with referral coordination
• attend meetings
• maintain an organized work area
• support office tasks such as copying, scanning, typing, and faxing
• rotate through phone-room and early or late shifts as needed.

Why this role
