• Represent clients in court and administrative proceedings
• conduct intake and case assessments
• provide housing-law advice and counsel

• prepare legal documents and research
• negotiate settlements
• develop case strategies
• file motions, briefs, pleadings, and appeals
• coordinate follow-up advocacy and case coverage
• maintain client files and court calendars
• provide legal seminars and workshops.
