The Personal Care Aide, Direct Support Professional role is an onsite, full-time position serving an individual in Vineland or Buena, NJ. Pay is $17–$21 per hour. Kindly Direct Care provides onboarding and assignment-specific training for this one-to-one in-home assignment. The professional provides hands-on personal care and one-to-one supervision while supporting dignity, choice, safety, and independence. The role assists with daily routines and community participation, follows individualized care instructions, observes and reports changes, and completes service documentation and timekeeping.

What you'll do

• Assist with dressing, bathing, activities of daily living, and personal care
• support daily routines and independence
• provide one-to-one supervision, companionship, and safety support
• assist with community participation, errands, appointments, and activities as applicable
• follow individualized care, behavioral, medical, and safety instructions within scope and training
• report changes or concerns
• complete service documentation and timekeeping.

Why this role

Monday–Friday schedule, 8 AM–4 PM or 9 AM–5 PM; driving during the shift is not required. Prior DSP, HHA, CNA, PCA, home care, behavioral health, or disability-services experience is required for this assignment.
