What you'll do

• Observe shift muster and provide shift pass-down
• conduct personnel inspections and report discrepancies
• supervise shift supervisors and shift operations
• ensure officers follow post orders and counts occur as scheduled
• review post checks and prepare daily operations summaries
• act as incident commander with ICE
• respond to incidents and oversee reports and notifications
• conduct injury investigations
• review personnel presence records
• inventory controlled equipment
• prepare supervisor performance appraisals.
