What you'll do

• Provide personal care consistent with hospital policies
• support patient independence
• assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, mobility, and repositioning
• communicate patient status and concerns to the supervising nurse
• contribute to and implement care plans as directed
• observe, report, and document patient conditions
• follow safe lifting and transfer procedures
• maintain clean, safe areas and functional equipment
• perform incidental housekeeping or support tasks as needed.
