What you'll do

• Build, coordinate, and maintain clinic schedules
• audit schedules for staffing, labor-rule, and policy compliance
• coordinate coverage, float staff, and shift swaps
• communicate staffing changes
• track attendance and schedule exceptions
• support consistent documentation of attendance-related discipline
• analyze staffing trends and build reports and dashboards
• maintain schedule, timekeeping, and employee data in Paycom.
