What you'll do

• Prepare the restaurant and team for service
• lead shifts
• drive sales through guest experiences
• monitor labor, staffing, and productivity
• support scheduling, inventory, ordering, and cost control
• conduct table visits and walkthroughs
• resolve guest concerns
• uphold food and beverage quality
• partner with culinary and bar teams
• support hiring, onboarding, training, and development
• complete opening and closing duties
• and maintain food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety.
