What you'll do

• Provide second-level technical support and resolve escalated issues
• troubleshoot network connectivity, hardware, software, and system failures
• install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications
• collaborate with Tier 1 and IT staff
• respond to tickets, calls, and emails
• document incidents and service requests
• perform upgrades and patches
• support servers, network devices, and peripherals
• assist with user training
• protect system and data security
• participate in an on-call rotation and respond to critical issues outside regular hours.
