The Registered Nurse (RN), Med/Surg Telemetry / Step-Down, Rotating Days/Nights role is onsite in Cleveland, OH, for a 13-week assignment with three 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours weekly), rotating between 7:00 AM–7:30 PM and 7:00 PM–7:30 AM. Pay is $70–$73 per hour. The nurse supports Med/Surg Telemetry and Step-Down care, with floating to designated units as needed. This role provides direct nursing care to patients with complex medical and cardiac conditions. The nurse assesses patients, monitors cardiac rhythms and clinical status, administers ordered treatments, collaborates with the care team, and educates patients and families.

What you'll do

• Provide direct nursing care in Med/Surg Telemetry and Step-Down settings
• assess patients and monitor changes in condition, cardiac rhythms, vital signs, telemetry, oxygenation, and other clinical parameters
• administer ordered medications and treatments
• float to designated units as needed
• collaborate with healthcare professionals
• escalate concerns
• educate patients and families
• maintain documentation and follow infection-control and patient-safety policies.
