The Primary Care Certified Medical Assistant role is onsite in Houston, TX. Compensation is not specified. What you'll do

  • Welcome, room, and triage pediatric patients
  • obtain and document vital signs and concerns
  • communicate findings to providers
  • document visits in the EMR
  • assist with procedures, medication administration, laboratory testing, and radiology as permitted
  • prepare and maintain rooms
  • support patient and caregiver education
  • assist with registration, insurance verification, telephone support, and payment collection
  • follow HIPAA, OSHA, and safety requirements.
