What you'll do

• Develop community-specific marketing plans
• manage digital advertising, social media, listings, email, referrals, events, and campaign calendars
• research competitors and monitor listings and reputation
• coordinate content and collateral
• partner with onsite leasing teams
• track lead, conversion, occupancy, and channel metrics
• lead marketing updates in weekly meetings
• and plan pre-leasing and grand-opening campaigns.
