What you'll do

• Balance hotel room revenue, food and beverage, retail, valet, house accounts, and settlements in Opera and Micros
• perform end-of-day procedures
• audit postings and cashier settlements
• prepare reports
• process no-shows and cancellations
• handle guest inquiries and requests
• report guest issues and emergencies
• hand over information to the next shift.
