What you'll do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors
• follow security procedures and site policies
• respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations and escalate concerns
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of offices, common spaces, parking areas, and perimeter
• monitor access points and verify visitor and contractor authorization
• maintain activity logs and incident documentation
• communicate with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership.
