What you'll do

• Inspect products from ovens for size, shape, color, and weight
• realign products before freezing
• and sort damaged or nonconforming products. Perform sanitation duties as needed, add fillings when required, fold omelets or squares, count patties into cases, and assemble boxes and insert bags. Follow safe work practices and GMPs, maintain sanitary conditions, report conditions that may affect food or personnel safety, and adhere to safety policies. Second-shift hours are 1:45 p.m.–10:30 p.m. or 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m.
