What you'll do

• Verify invoice and payment-request approvals and coding
• enter and process vendor invoices
• prepare and process weekly check, ACH, and wire payments
• audit expense reports
• reconcile vendor statements
• maintain digital accounts payable files
• support credit card reconciliation and 1099 preparation
• assist with audit preparation
• respond to internal and external accounts payable inquiries
• assist with other accounting duties and projects as they arise.
