The Production Operator – Sewing Department, Second Shift role is onsite in Batesville, MS. Pay is $15–$16.50 per hour, depending on experience and shift schedule. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 4:15 PM–2:30 AM, with overtime as needed Fridays and Saturdays. The role supports Insituform Technologies, an Azuria Water Solutions company, in producing materials used in infrastructure rehabilitation. The role exists to operate sewing and related equipment and inspect finished products so production meets quality, safety, and efficiency standards. Accurate setup, material checks, and teamwork support the department’s production goals.

What you'll do

• Operate and monitor sewing machines
• verify material specifications and dimensions
• set up machines
• load materials and thread
• monitor stitching, taping, and flame bonding
• inspect for defects
• adjust machines and label work
• handle splicing, transitions, and seam sealing
• inspect and stack finished tubes
• use hand tools and inkjet printers
• communicate about safety, quality, and productivity.
