What you'll do

• Greet guests
• explain menu items, specials, and beverage pairings
• enter accurate food and beverage orders into the POS system
• deliver orders promptly and correctly
• monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns
• assist team members
• complete assigned opening and closing side work
• maintain clean service areas
• process payments and issue receipts
• and thank guests.
