Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor — PM/NOC

What you'll do

• Supervise and support licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants
• ensure resident care follows physician orders, facility policies, and regulations
• respond to changes in resident conditions
• complete assessments, investigations, and documentation
• assist with admissions, transfers, discharges, and emergencies
• monitor infection prevention, medication administration, and documentation standards
• coach staff
• collaborate with facility leaders and clinicians
• participate in quality improvement and survey readiness.
