What you'll do

• Complete a 15-minute written intake describing compliance practice, daily workflows, and role responsibilities.
• Share field-specific perspectives, explain where AI misinterprets compliance work using casework examples, and identify work that may be overlooked by outsiders and project designers.
• Applicants complete a resume upload, an AI interview, and a form.

Why this role

The opportunity is for practicing or recently practicing financial-crime and compliance professionals with experience in areas such as KYC/CDD, transaction monitoring, AML investigations, sanctions, fraud, regulatory reporting, or compliance testing. CAMS, CGSS, CFCS, CFE, CRCM, ICA diploma, or FINRA registrations are preferred.
