What you'll do

• Directly supervise shippers, receivers, material handlers, and drivers
• monitor orders and coordinate resources to support on-time shipments
• ensure accurate receipts, shipments, and transfers
• identify improvements to material movement and handling efficiency
• reconcile freight bills
• route interplant trucking
• assist with receipt scheduling
• maintain warehouse cleanliness and order
• lead forklift safety
• train employees and provide performance feedback.
