What you'll do

• Help families develop voice and choice and identify natural supports
• participate in family planning

• educate families about agency interactions, benefits, and programs
• provide caregiver-centered support and transportation for necessary interventions
• participate in clinical staffing and document family participation
• follow agency policies and applicable certification standards.
