What you'll do

• Oversee staffing and performance
• coordinate scheduling, student progress, training, and service needs with deck staff and swim instructors
• support cash management and administrative reporting
• guide retail, vending, and birthday-party operations
• help implement the Emergency Action Plan and safety procedures
• keep certifications current.
