Territory Sales Manager — Glendale and Phoenix

The Territory Sales Manager role is onsite across the listed Glendale and Phoenix, AZ territories, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Pay is $48,000–$50,000 per year. The role works on behalf of the Arizona State Lottery and supports its retail partners. The manager develops retailer relationships and sales strategies to increase awareness and sales of lottery products. The role combines sales analysis, merchandising, training, promotions, inventory controls, and retailer feedback to help meet sales goals.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain retailer partnerships
• implement sales techniques and retailer programs
• analyze sales reports and develop strategies
• review goals with retail management and owners
• provide retailer feedback to lottery sales management
• coordinate in-store promotions
• train retail employees on launches and promotions
• improve inventory controls
• maintain point-of-sale materials
• install and replace ticket dispensers and perform routine terminal and equipment maintenance
• handle administrative, sales, and customer service duties.
