What you'll do

• Shadow sales agents and attend client meetings or calls when permitted
• research industry trends, target industries, and competitors
• help process claims
• update agency-management software and generate reports
• support accurate compliance documentation
• contribute to marketing materials and newsletters
• and assist account managers with renewals, endorsements, and client communications.
