What you'll do

• Clean and sanitize production equipment, processing areas, floors, walls, and facility surfaces
• perform scheduled sanitation after production runs, including allergen cleanups and changeovers
• prepare and verify cleaning chemical concentrations
• maintain sanitation stations and supplies
• complete sanitation records and logs
• assist with inspections, audits, and corrective actions
• support environmental monitoring, ATP verification, and pathogen sampling.
