The Home Health Speech-Language Pathologist role is an onsite, home-visit position based from Sterling Heights, MI, with stated visit rates of $63–$100 per visit with mileage reimbursement or $68–$105 per visit without mileage reimbursement. Classic Home Care is a nurse-owned and operated skilled home health agency serving Southeast Michigan. The clinician provides speech pathology or audiology services under physician treatment plans, assesses patient functioning, helps develop care goals, and reports treatment responses and condition changes. The role also instructs patients, families, and care team members to support patient and caregiver independence.

What you'll do

• Provide speech pathology or audiology services according to physician treatment plans
• assess patient functioning and help develop or revise care plans using appropriate tests
• set patient goals
• record and report treatment responses and condition changes
• instruct patients, families, and health team personnel
• recommend audiology hearing tests when needed and check hearing aids.
