What you'll do

• Provide personal care and support self-help skills

• ensure program schedules and care plans are followed

• communicate medical concerns to the nurse
• support staff training, coverage, performance feedback, and onboarding
• share scheduled on-call responsibilities for staff coverage and emergencies.

Why this role
