What you'll do

• Manage parts sales from request through delivery
• identify and source parts using manufacturer catalogs and online systems
• respond to customer and staff inquiries
• process and track orders
• verify parts on service and collision estimates
• pull and stage parts for repairs
• monitor inventory and conduct weekly bin checks
• receive and stock shipments
• flag critical back orders
• maintain an organized workspace
• process retail payments or credit authorizations
• collaborate with other departments.
