General Manager

What you'll do

• Manage the store’s sales, volume, service quality, customer satisfaction, and profit margin
• create employee schedules
• order inventory
• train employees
• lead by example
• participate in management meetings and strategy sessions
• oversee delegated tasks while retaining ultimate responsibility for the operation.
