What you'll do

• Provide massage therapy and body treatments using proper draping techniques
• consult with guests and make personalized recommendations
• sell and upsell retail products and enhancement treatments
• foster client relationships
• set up and break down treatment areas
• maintain safety, sanitation, and disinfection standards
• provide spa tours as needed
• report guest complaints and maintenance issues
• attend scheduled training.
