What you'll do

• Guide storefront operations when the Store Manager is off-site
• perform keyholder opening and closing, register reconciliation, and cash handling
• coordinate team workflow and delivery dispatches
• resolve customer inquiries and order revisions
• learn floral preparation and design
• receive and condition shipments
• welcome customers and answer calls
• process purchases and custom orders
• maintain the sales floor, plant displays, coolers, and seasonal gifts.
