Part-Time Hotel Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Part-Time Hotel Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Loveland, CO, and pays $19–$21 per hour. What you'll do

• Respond promptly to guest and staff maintenance requests
• inspect for safety hazards, leaks, electrical faults, and equipment wear
• maintain and repair HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• perform carpentry and cosmetic repairs
• complete scheduled preventive maintenance
• maintain outdoor areas, including mowing, power washing, pool maintenance, and snow clearing
• check fire alarms, sprinklers, and emergency systems
• manage supplies and coordinate with other departments.
