What you'll do

• Supervise daily nursing activities performed by LPNs, CMAs, and nursing assistants
• review care plans
• assess residents and document findings
• develop care plans and communicate with physicians
• provide nursing care
• prepare and administer prescribed medications
• notify physicians or the Director of Nursing about significant changes
• respond to staff inquiries, call lights, and resident requests
• complete accurate charting.
