The Caregiver role is an onsite, part-time position in Venice, FL. Compensation is $17–$24 per hour. Touching Hearts at Home provides in-home companionship and personal care to help older adults and people with disabilities live at home with dignity and independence. The caregiver provides companionship and personal care according to each client’s plan of care. Assistance with daily living, meals, laundry, light housekeeping, and transportation helps clients remain safe and supported at home and in the community.

What you'll do

• Provide social companionship, reminders, and support with daily living tasks
• accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social outings
• prepare meals and perform light housekeeping
• provide standby assistance with personal hygiene and overnight safety assistance
• use a reliable insured vehicle for scheduled shifts and travel up to 15 miles for shifts.
