What you'll do

• Prepare, season, cook, and serve assigned meals
• supervise dietary staff in the Executive Chef’s absence
• meet meal and snack schedules
• follow long-term care regulations and department procedures
• receive, organize, and store food and supplies
• clean kitchen and dining areas
• arrange tray cards, load food carts, and serve residents
• wash and store dishes
• follow food safety and cleaning procedures.
