The Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist/Counselor role is onsite in Rolla, MO, with a 40-hour workweek. Pay is $36.29–$39.29 per hour. Compass Health Network provides integrated mental health, medical, and dental services, with clinical consultation available for crisis support and decision-making. The therapist provides person-centered behavioral health services, assessing clients’ needs and developing treatment plans in coordination with an interdisciplinary team. The work supports clients’ care and progress through therapy, referrals, documentation, and ongoing clinical collaboration.

What you'll do

• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy based on clinical need and licensure
• assess readiness for services
• develop treatment plans and document progress
• participate in interdisciplinary meetings and integrated care
• use DSM-5 criteria for diagnosis and treatment planning
• refer clients to internal and external resources
• participate in training, supervision, huddles, and case consultations
• maintain documentation compliance.
