What you'll do

• Provide first-line customer service and technical support to back-office and branch staff
• log and track support issues
• prioritize and escalate issues according to departmental service-level agreements
• identify support-call trends and document common problems
• assist with PC installations, setups, moves, office hardware, and hardware-image testing
• assist with application installation and testing and updates to applications and operating systems
• investigate security events and alerts
• work with security operations on endpoint and hardware patches and remediations.
