What you'll do

• Hire, train, supervise, and manage field labor and foremen
• direct daily concrete operations
• coordinate foundations, slabs, walls, columns, elevated decks, structural concrete, and specialty installations
• assist project managers and engineers with scheduling
• review work against plans and specifications
• coordinate subcontractors, manpower, equipment, deliveries, and materials
• monitor production, labor efficiency, equipment use, and costs
• communicate with project stakeholders
• lead planning and safety meetings
• ensure quality, safety, and company-policy compliance
• and support documentation, punch lists, and closeout.
