The role develops contracting processes, manages commercial risk, and partners with business, finance, product, procurement, and operations teams.

What you'll do

• Draft, negotiate, and execute commercial, customer, vendor, supplier, manufacturing, partnership, and joint development agreements
• develop contracting templates, playbooks, workflows, and approval processes
• advise cross-functional stakeholders
• support product launches, pricing, and go-to-market strategies
• assist with governance, employment matters, M&A, intellectual property, international operations, and compliance
• manage outside counsel and commercial risks.
