What you'll do

• Oversee customer order entry in the ERP, resolve exceptions, and manage due dates
• remove workflow blockers and reinforce accountability for deliverables
• coordinate finished-goods delivery updates with Production Planning
• partner with planning and procurement to forecast the project pipeline
• prepare and present status reports to executive leadership
• develop subject-matter expertise in assigned systems
• evaluate practices to strengthen project management across product development.
