What you'll do

• Administer SQL Server environments across production, staging, and development, including AWS RDS
• support MySQL and PostgreSQL
• monitor and optimize performance and capacity
• manage access and permissions
• design, test, and validate backup, restore, high-availability, and disaster-recovery practices
• partner with engineering teams on T-SQL, schema, CI/CD, deployments, and migrations
• automate operations and support incident response, root-cause analysis, and documentation.
