Service Center Maintenance Technician — Washington, DC

The Service Center Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Washington, DC. Pay is $20–$29 per hour. M.C. Dean designs, builds, operates, and maintains technology and infrastructure for mission-critical facilities and secure environments.

What you'll do

• Maintain electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety equipment through preventive maintenance, corrective work, and emergency response. Conduct facility walk-throughs and document readings and alarm status
• use hand tools and work-order systems
• follow safety procedures, including lockout/tagout
• support facility operations and coordinate with Onsite Engineering Operations.

Why this role

High school diploma or equivalent and 4+ years of facility maintenance experience required. Journeyman electrician or HVAC license is advantageous. Government security investigation and U.S. citizenship eligibility requirements apply; ability to obtain and maintain HSPD and Secret clearance is preferred.
